Recently had my roof repaired ,going into  it I was overwhelmed because I have never done this before came  across schottenstein roofing  advertising and thought I would give it a try. Best decision I ever made got a very quick response back set up an appointment they came and did a very Good job everyone that I dealt with throughout the process was very nice and professional.needed some inside work done as well on ceiling they repaired that as well looks like new. This is a very good company. They put new siding on my house and garage also gutters and downspouts. They completed all the work in 2 days. It looks great! Craig is very responsive and informative on siding and what my house needed. The work was scheduled for a week later and completed on time with a large work crew that did a great job. Our experience with Schottenstein Roofing was fantastic.  Craig is very professional, courteous, and diligent.  We replaced our roof a few weeks ago and it looks great.  Pricing was competitive for the shingles and materials we selected.  Craig was the only roofer out of four we talked to who climbed up to look at our roof on the first visit.  This, and his lack of high pressure sales / easy-going approach sealed the deal.  His crew were VERY conscientious and polite.  The site was almost spotless once the job was finished and they even set up boards to protect our tulips from falling roof debris.  Craig suggested a small cosmetic change after our job was complete and took care of it.

We were very happy with our experience from start to finish.  Craig was very thorough in showing us and explaining the damage our roof had.  He walked us through the process and materials that would be used when the new roof would be put on.  The crew was very courteous and everything was cleaned up very nicely.  Craig pointed out one piece of siding that was damaged when the old roof was taken off (there was some wind that day) and took care of having that piece replaced.  Also, there was a challenge with the cupola on the garage to make sure it didn't leak.  Our house is grey and the flashing was black, so it really stood out.  Craig had the crew paint it with shingle matched paint it looks great.  We highly recommend Schottenstein Roofing!

5 Stars to Craig and the staff of Schottenstien Roofing. I was in need of service for my gutters and couldn’t find anyone to come out. I received a call and text from Craig about their services they offered, I sent him a picture he advise they could handle the job. Craig stated they were already 2 weeks out on repairs, but they would fit me sooner than later. The service guy came, he was fast and professional, Craig called right after to follow up .. Craig is top notch, best roofing company in Columbus area hands down. Had him come out to estimate roof repair, was very professional, estimate was very thorough and VERY reasonably priced. I had a tree fall on the back of my home.  The back of my home had extensive damage to roof, siding and took all of the back gutters out.  So please with the work that Schottenstein Roofing did. My roof developed a leak during the storms on Labor Day. I called Schottenstein Roofing, and the call was returned in less than 5 minutes. On a holiday! Craig came out the very next day and diagnosed the problem and we set a time for the repair in a week or so. Here is the best part.....he called on Thursday morning and said he could fit me in that very morning and was I ok with that? Ten minutes later, his crew showed up and proceeded to fix that roof! The job was very small from a business standpoint, but huge in my life. It took the crew, who were all very nice, a little over 2 hours to get the job done. Craig did a magnificent job matching the new shingles with the existing ones....can't even tell the difference. I can not say enough postive things about my experience. I am telling all my friends and coworkers about Schottenstein Roofing!!!

After discovering a significant leak in the garage roof, we discovered Schottenstein Home Remodeling. We called, set an appointment, and Dan and Eric arrived, explained what was going to be done, and gave a fair estimate. Dan went into the couple of areas of the attic to take photos of what needed to be done, where others just looked from the step ladders. We accepted their proposal and Schottenstein arrived when they said they would and replaced the roof. They kept us informed and took photos as they proceeded. Their work crew was careful of the trees and other foliage making sure to tarp so not to disturb the plants. They kept their word and was not one of these, “we have another project and will have to come back to finish this”, or “we discovered an extra issue and will have to increase the amount.” They did what they explained what they were going to perform. They swept the yard with a magnet to find unused nails and checked for pieces of left over shingles. Craig has followed up from pre-removal inspection, through the Installation and afterward taking care of the final inspection with the City officials. For a near emergency, we were very pleased with the fairness of the price as well as the product result. The additional relief of a “lifetime warranty” is important and hope we don’t need to use it but it’s good to have. Although we had another estimate which was just slightly less than what Schottenstein presented, they had to delay start by at least a week. It was important it be replaced and Schottenstein made sure to take care of our project in a very timely manner.

Schottentein Home Remodeling Inc. Did a phenomenal job with the installation of my windows. They done the best job and I had been waiting for over an year for a another roofing company to set up with m to get roof started and after the other company found out that my insurance didn't cover it but I told them that I personally would pay them to fix it but they didn't call m or text m it was I was lost in the system so I was on fb and seen schottenstein roofing advertisement so I say he'll ill try this company so I fill out the questionary on a Saturday night and first thing Monday I got an call from Craig it was jthe early July we set up appointment for the 5th of July he gave m a quote and it was an great price because everyone else's quote was range from 30,000 to 50,000to put an roof on the schottenstein gave m a great price and on July 22nd his crew came out at 730am and they finished the roof and cleaned up there mess and was gone by 9pm the same day  every piece of wood that was bad they replace and they tore everything off to the core of the roof and fix my roof I would stand on the presidents lawn scream ifu need an roof or any kind of work done to ur home roof and ventilation call the schottensteins roofing it will b done right and the owner will  tell u everything up front or if they find something else that cost a little or due to the quote he gives u  he will tell u and they offer financing  and they do the best job and they clean every bit of the mess they make  call them I tell everyone who I have talked to that they done the best job and it has been an blessing no more leaks and nomore buckets pans and now my house isn't going to fall apart because this company fixed the problem and thank God because after it was done it rained for almost 2 weeks if it wasn't fix my roof and the second floor of my home would of  probably collapsed thank u so much the schottenstein crew and the owner
