  Great company! They took great care installing our roof and kept the property very clean. They handled all the warranty paperwork which was very helpful.

  From the beginning of the roofing process they were on time and prompt from start to finish. Mr. Sanchez was very helpful in gaining the work permit from the city of Harvey. The roofing team made sure they took all of the damaged wood under the shingles off, and replaced it. The roofing team also took pictures of the process and progress during the installation. I would highly recommend Sanchez Roofing!

  I scheduled a consultation and the man called me the day of to say that because it was raining he didn’t wanna walk around with me outside to inspect. Mind you it was drizzling, but whatever Cool, so he asks me what all I’m looking to have done. I tell him. I go to my door window because I’m looking for him it was about 5min prior. I see him pull up in their pick up truck and he stays in the truck and takes 2 pics from his truck. My main issue was getting the deck in the rear that’s directly attached to my roof removed. He didn’t get out the truck to look at the deck to see how it was setup. So I give it a few days, I say maybe he’ll do a satellite image or drone etc. The appointment was on the 28th and it’s now the 5th of November. Still no phone call, no email nothing. Unprofessional and will not recommend.
