  RSI has been excellent. We called them when a roof leak happened after a heavy rain. Laura in customer service took my call and was very pleasant and professional. Her communication regarding pricing was clear and she made sure I understood that while their schedule was very busy, she'd do her best to get a crew out to make the repairs. Eliseo and Elijah arrived a couple days later, way earlier than expected, and had the job done in a couple of hours. They were courteous and had great advice, and they were confident in their work.   RSI provides awesome reports showing all of the conditions on the roof and then makes suggestions for repairs and maintenance. It is great information for records. They do a fantastic job with new roofs and repairs.

  RSI staff is so nice and they do our annual roof inspections. They always notify us of issues with pictures, which is so helpful, and do a great job on follow up and scheduling.
