  The first time I called they acted like they were not interested in answering any of my questions. They told me to ask my roofer. I am a female homeowner who has two workers who do most of the installation, and we have also helped, so need tips and advice, yes, but completely useless, not really. I ultimately ordered from them because they deliver for $75, and unload it on the roof. I have been happy with their product, and they have a wide range of products. When I returned for more (because don't order more than you need as there is a 20% restocking fee), they didn't have any record (that they wanted to look up) so it was up to me to know exactly what I needed more of. I will still use this vendor because of the price, location, and variety of in stock items, but agree that they act like you are bothering them when you ask for a product, and load it so that some of the flashing was thrown out of the bed of the truck by the roll of roofing paper, so I had to go back and repurchase it as it was destroyed.

  I've been doing business with them for years. They are fine. Totally my friends. If you are not a contractor they can't teach you how to be one in 15 minutes. Hire a contractor. Treat them nice and they'll do their best. They mainly sell to contractors. I would suggest youtube if you don't know what you are doing. Although as a waterproofing contractor I can tell you some of the idiots on youtube have NO idea what they are doing. Nor do those guys on this old house. They are right sometimes, but nobody knows everything. I'm still learning.

  I had to do a repair on a flat roof and I need to replace one of the drains it's called the Scupper the strange part was drain was normal but the other was a corner drain in the left corner. Home Depot didn't sell any drains for flat roofs so I searched on Google and I found this place they've been in business I guess since 1954 through a big operation the warehouse is huge. I would not call the experience warm and fluffy but typical for these type of operations which doesn't matter that much to me because what I was looking for is the stuff I needed I was really excited that my corner scupper drain was only $16 out the door with tax. I also like that they have many colors of roll roofing we're Home Depot typically only has white and copper. I would have been happy to shop here years ago but I didn't know about the existence of it I guess that's curse of the big box store.
