  Royal Pane did a wonderful job cleaning up our vinyl siding and our garage floor! It smells so fresh and clean in there now! They soft washed the back of the house and that looks great! We will certainly ask them to come clean the front of the house in the future!

  I love my clean windows! They hadn't been cleaned in a long time and Royal Pane didn't charge me extra. Great job, very professional will call them again.

  Save your money. The manager was very helpful, but the person he sent to clean my windows did a very poor job. To begin, he left without telling me he was finished failing to clean 7 windows. I had to call the manager to get him back. When I told him he did not clean the 7 windows he told me he did not have the tools to take the screens off. I had to lone him the tools to remove the screens. After he cleaned the windows, he refused to touch up one window he had smeared. I had to wash that window myself after he left. I paid $390.00 for this? Update: After this review, the manager called, apologized and said he would send me a refund. That was on January 28, 2022. I have not received a penny of this refund.
