  Jonathan Rose, came out for a roof inspection. Even though everyone in my neighborhood is getting a new roof he reassured me I was only currently in need of some maintenance and repair. His staff was here in a flash and were thorough in their execution. They even showed me the before and after pictures. This Co. unlike most is trustworthy, honest, hardworking, and fair value. When the full roof repair is necessary these guys are hands down the team.

  We have nothing but good things to say about Rose Roofing. They were great to deal with, and answered all of our questions. When we were trying to pick a shingle color, they gave us the addresses of homes in our area where they had installed roofs to let us get a good feel for what it would look like. Their crews were punctual, experienced, and detailed. We were amazed at how long they worked each day. Good people, good work, and a beautiful finished project.   Roof was damaged, got the insurance estimate then started a new roof replacement project. Here are why Rose Roofing stood out from other contractors: 1) There were contractors asked for seeing the insurance estimate enabled to submit a quote, but Jonathon from Rose Roofing did not ask for it. 2) He submitted a quote with detailed information and related certifications within 24 hrs, the details helped homeowner clearly knows what materials and qty will be used. 3) He was very patient with me, responded to my questions and concerns with professional attitude and in a timely manner. 4) He provided options on improving the attic ventilation under the budget with his professional knowledge. 5) He brought shingle samples to help me make a color selection, I could see the real shingle color and it was very helpful, very appreciated his thoughtfulness. 6) Price was competitive with lifelong warranty on labor and materials. – this is really unbeatable. 7) Rose Roofing gave discounts. – it’s a bonus 8) A big crew came early morning about 7am, and finished before 2pm, it’s totally out of my expectation, I thought should be done until 5pm. Very efficient and they also did a thoroughly clean up. 9) After paid my bill, one day surprisingly got GORGEOUS red roses, wow, they brightened up the house and made friends jealous, ha. I am very happy chose Rose Roofing for my house roof replacement, a very reliable roofing contractor with quality work and competitive price come along with better warranty than competitors. Highly strong recommend Rose Roofing.
