  Roofing Unlimited is great! They are professional, quick, and good at what they do. They guarantee their work. When my neighbors row home caused my roof to leak, Roofing Unlimited came out the next day and fixed my issue.

  I don’t even want to give them one star! I would not recommend this company. The sellers had a roof put on our house before we moved in. We have lived here for year and have had a leak. the insurance tried to get in touch with this company and got nothing back from them. They kept on changing their minds if I have a transferable Warranty on the roof from the sellers. Long story short I need to get a new roof and it is only a year old. Not going with this company again. They did not even install the drip edge correctly and who knows what else is wrong.

  HER PROBLEM WAS SHE WANTED US TO CHANGE HER RIDGEVENT PURCHASED BY THE PREVIOUS OWNER AS SHE DIDNT LIKE IT. WE EXPLAINED WE DID WHAT OWNER WANTED AND SHE WAS UPSET WE WOULDNT CHANGE IT FOR FREE. THE ROOF SHE SAYS SHE HAD TO REPLACE WAS INSPECTED BEFORE SALE BY THE G.A.F. CORPERATION THEMSELVES AS WE ARE CERTIFIED INSTALLERS AND EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE DRIPEDGE WAS INSTALLED PER MANUFACTUERS SPECIFICATIONS. I PERSONALLY SPOKE TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND THEY UNDERSTOOD THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS

  I paid for a complete tear down and when i got a roof leak and shingles blown off 4 months later. My insurance company found they did not do a tear down and the company refused to stand behind their work. I had to have a nother complete roof put on because it was leaking everywhere and the company said they do not cover wind damage. A true rip off

  THIS IS SAME CUSTOMER LISTED ABOVE THAT DID NOT ACCEPT THAT ROOFERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACTS OF GOD SUCH AS 70 MPH WINDS. WAS NEVER A WORKMANSHIP ISSUE AND WE HAVE AN A+ RATING WITH THE BBB AS WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS 31 YEARS WITH AN EXCELLENT REPUTATION IN THE ROOFING INDUSTRY. SOME PEOPLE JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND WE CANNOT CONTROL MOTHER NATURE
