  Whole roof replacement from asphalt to metal. From start to finish this company did exactly what they promised and more. Salesmen Jesse and Ernie showed up on time, fully prepared with videos, samples, brochures, and references to call. Johnny from production explained that materials ordered (screws) were upgraded due to supply chain issues (color not available) in the time of Covid. Project managers Red and Ozzie made a two hour trip prior to install to inspect materials delivered, ensure roofing color, and review install process, procedures and timeline. Install crew of 9 workers arrived quietly at 5:45 am, unloaded and staged equipment and began promptly at 6:00 a.m. with the entire roof removed by 8:00 a.m. They worked nonstop throughout the day until 8:00 pm with a 30 minute lunch break which they all took together. By days end 90% of the roof was completed. They returned quietly again the next day, Saturday, at 5:45 am and by 10:00 were completely done, immaculately cleaned up, inspected the entire property, and headed home. As a contractor I have worked with many roofing companies and install teams for over 40 years. This company, by far, is the most efficient, professional, and customer focused, with superior craftsmanship, unmatched accountability, unwavering implementation of safety standards, and exemplary customer service. My smallest concerns were immediately addressed by Cimarron CSM, and resolved beyond expectation, garnering my trust in the company and ensuring my peace of mind. Roofing Resources of Georgia has significantly elevated the industry standards for roofing, and raised the bar for companies across the country to reach.

  The experience from RRG was amazing from beginning to end. Izzy came initially and explained all of the details regarding the roof and the work that was to be done. On the day of installation everything he said was going to be done was completed with excellence! The supervisor and crew on site were professional and efficient. They paid a lot of attention during the clean up which I appreciate since I have dogs that are always running around the yard. I have never had to go through this process and they made it simple and stressless. I don’t even have to repaint my house anymore since he was able to tie the new roof into the current color pallet. If you have never had to buy a new roof, I would highly recommend giving Izzy a call. RRG delivered on all levels and stood behind their word. I love my new roof and can’t wait to show it off to friends and family. Thank you Izzy and RRG!
