  Wasn't at the Pro Desk, but was getting assistance from a employee who was standing across from the pro desk. This employee was very helpful, he didn't work in the area we were asking about but did contact employee who did an gave us the location were the item we were looking for was.

  While in the powertool isle, I asked an employee for assistance. He was an older gentleman, and was extremely rude. Not only was this a terrible experience, but I still didn't get what I needed.

  Wasn't at pro desk ...shop the store. No floor associate only about 4guys to load ,get buggies,had to really had look for people to help,all out side..
