  They did a phenomenal job on my parent's house. They were very attentive from start to finish and and worked real hard on getting the job done right. Any issues that came up were quickly resolved with complete explanations, multiple paths of resolution and quick work. My parents found them by word of mouth with lots of praise and approval from several neighbors in their neighborhood. Highly recommended.

  They would not come service our chimney because we are a church. They believe that the church should have someone volunteer to clean it when our congregation is made up of 50 year olds and older. It's a shame that even after talking with a Trustee and having them explain we don't have anyone who can fix it they still denied serving us. This was not a church building, it is the manse- that has 3 children under 4 living there. Shame on them.

  Bruce came out to look at my roof, upon arrival he was very professional and seem to know alot about slate roofs. After that intial meeting, he promised to email me an estimate for the repair of my slate roof. After several weeks, I called the office on several occasions to follow up, I finally got someone on the phone and was told that they didn't have any information about my roof. The guy who answered the phone assured me that Bruce himself will call me in a few days. A few days turned into a few more weeks, no phone call or estimate was ever given. I would not recommend this company, they are very unprofessional and don't value customers! I have since hired another company who returns phone calls, provides prompt estimates, and getting the job done!
