  I have been in the mortgage business for over 19 years. I have done several 203K rehab loans but I have never worked with a company so professional and pleasant to work with. They are organized and quick! They understand the business very well and I would recommend them over and over again. Personally you will not meet another company up here that is as efficient as Nauman construction and Cortny in their office is a delight to work with, she understands the nature of all aspects for real estate and contracting. It was my pleasure working with them. John also the owner is a fair and honest man. Thank you all for all you have done to make this transaction smooth.

  This is an over due THANK YOU to Nauman Contracting, especially John Lohmann. He stepped up from the beginning handling all interaction with the insurance company and brought in some of the best guys to get us back to normal.

  Nauman Companies service both my residential and commercial properties. Their quality of work is top notch. They are professional, clean and prices are very fair. Everyone knows that panic feeling when you have a problem with your plumbing, hvac or roof.. well, Nauman will put you at ease with all their knowledge.
