  Not very helpful, evasive- pretty much pushed me to another store to buy my shingles. I offered 2 times to email pics of my roof and of samples online to try to match the color and I said it didn't have to be perfect. He said you'll have to come in. I said I was at work and trying to buy for my contractor. I'll go somewhere else.
