  Roofer Mike is a walking encyclopedia of all things ROOF. And more importantly, he is an expert on MIAMI roofs - I didn't know before (but I known now) that Miami comes with BAGGAGE with regards to roofing. Not only the high winds that immediately come to mind, but the moisture and high intensity sunlight also take their toll on any roofing system. So having someone who knows how each roofing system operates optimally specifically in SOUTH FLORIDA is huge benefit to you. Roofer Mike will be straight forward and transparent at every step, and he can be trusted - heck, I trusted him to cut 2 holes in my roof (skylights) - so that should tell you something! You are getting top notch quality at a very competitive price, so just bear in mind the project triangle as you do your planning.

  Roofer Mike replaced our 26 year old flat concrete tile roof. Roofer Mike is the most straightforward, honest, and transparent individual I have ever dealt with in the construction business. He told us how it would happen, and it happened exactly how he told us. Mike told us he goes by the book when it comes to permits, and he easily navigated the Miami-Dade County labyrinth of permitting, inspections, and material acceptance with no issues. We were scared to death to re-roof during the rainy season, but with 4 separate roof leaks, we knew a re-roof was necessary as opposed to repairs. Mike's crew did the tear-off, and dry-in with care to ensure the house stayed dry. If I were to move, and needed a new roof at my new place, I would use him again.

  Why isn't Mike your roofer? I ask this seemingly audacious questions after having him replace my "roof from Heck!" Mike made the process seem easy, stress free, and almost routine. He worked with us, helped us through unforeseen surprises and rebuilt earlier roofing errors. We now have a 3 new flat roofs and a new peaked metal roof. All which will likely outlive us. He is an honest and frank professional who knows his profession. His easy going demeanor and substantive knowledge eased our worries. We feel that he has the experience of every kind of roofing problem which could occur and can confidently give anyone a new lifetime roof. ************************************************** Our 1940's house could have been in worse shape but it presented us with challenges when dampness invaded this past summer. l suspected there was a roof problem and secured several bids but was not highly confident that all problems were being addressed. Mike however pointed out the reasons for the moisture and roof failures and came up with a plan to replace our 3 (all different) flat roofs and tiled peak roof. His price was reasonable and although not lowest bidder, was reasonable for more extensive scope of work he presented, He arranged a payment schedule which was within our means. During tear off of the flat roof we discovered that there were 3 or 4 layers of roofs rather than insulation to be removed. We also uncovered extensive rot around a skylight which had to be re-framed and replaced. Mike made this all happen at minimal expense to me. We also discovered that the tile roof was far older than we anticipated and needed replacement, The work crews arrived promptly when expected and cleaned up after their daily work. The schedule met the timetable promised and our home now has a new metal roof and 3 new flat roofs (Corresponding with additions made over the past 60 years). The tie in between roofs was a major point of failure in the old roof and Mike corrected the transitions to ensure we will have no future leaks.
