I have worked for this company for over a year now, I am the office Manager and I can tell you that the owner and staff pride themselves in giving the utmost quality, professionalism, and attention to all our customers. Yes during the past two years covid and the production crisis happening world wide has put a huge strain on us, as we struggle to get our customers their materials and permits in a timely manner. It saddens me when a customer resorts to a bad review when knowing full and well that right now you can’t even get a microwave from Home Depot delivered in a timely manner. Not even Amazon prime can guarantee next day delivery anymore. We have been in business for 15 plus years. We only use top quality materials and assure customer satisfaction in Roofing, Windows, Doors and HVAC. I am happy to be part of such a wonderful team

A-1 Property Services did an amazing job on our metal roof and flat TPO roof. The price was fair and the work was done perfectly . The office Manger Heide was so nice and extremely helpful from helping with permits , scheduling and finishing by our deadline . We liked the work and dealing with the company and staff so much we decided to have them replace our windows and a new door. This company truly goes above and beyond for its customers .

Good Luck getting them to do repairs on your roof once its goes out of warranty. And guess what they even throw your file away once the warranty expires as per the owner GEO Geo ( the owner) who came to see the project after multiple calls to schedule an appointment and rain cancellation. He said I know your roof and don't need to go up on the roof . So why cancel two prior appt due to rain. Anyways after looking at the work he said my best option was to replace my roof WHAT !!!! my roof is only 6 years old. I am sure people have different experiences but mine wasn't pleasant and so i had to write this just to make the management aware of his attitude. Bad customer service and bad attitude is how your bring the name of your company down.

It is unfortunate that customers turn to bad reviews when things don't go their way. You had a 5 year warranty, that is what was paid for and through a contractor that is not A1. We were the sub contractor on the job, this is why the file is not kept after warranty, because your true file and paperwork is with the Contractor you hired. Also you as the customer are given a close out packet with all your warranty paperwork and paid invoices, as well as releases of liens, which you too should have kept and were unable to produce. The prior appointments were canceled due to rain because we were sending out our repair team. Since you called everyday complaining about the rescheduling, the owner himself offered to go since he was close by on another job site and he was familiar with the job. You were explained that your warranty was expired and that we charge a $350 assessment fee, which you did not pay nor did Geo charge you. Why not mention that??? The fact that he arrived and you had nothing nice to say from the get about the company; fully knowing that the world is going through some very difficult times and finding a full staff these days anywhere is almost near impossible did not help the situation or merit him wanting to do your repair job. With all this being said, a company has the right to walk away from a job, just as you have the right to call another roofer, especially if you have nothing nice to say about this one.
