  Don't expect them to come reinspect your roof when you have problems. We had how roof redone when all thise tornados passed through Ohio. Recently, a leak was discovered over our furnace (which was discovered after our newish furnace's chip shorted out, which cost a lot to replace). Whn we contacted RGR there were weeks of failed promises of them coming over. Finally, when they *allegedly* came out on Thanksgiving (alledgedly, since we only have their word they did, indeed, came and checked it out), they said the leak was caused by an issue we didn't pay to get fix under our insurance claim when we got a new roof. The issue, alledgely, is that there is rust on/under the box on the roof, and since we never told them to fix that alongside replacing the roof (and we never told them, because we never knew about it since the roofers didn't tell us about it when they surely found out about it upon replacing the roof), it is not covered under the new roof warranty since the insurrance only paid for replacing the roof due to wind damage -- and rust is only due to exposure to rain over time and not the wind. Though, supposedly, they put new sealant around the rim the box which I am guessing is all they are contractually obligated to do (which, based on the rain today, it didnt fix the problem). Regardless of whether or not RGR truly isn't responsible for fixing the leak, the fact is that it took weeks of many failed promises for them to finally come over and check it out. And then, when they finally did, the only *proof* we have that they did came out is a phone call telling us that RGR finally came over and tellings us RGR is not reponsible for it outside applying new sealant. Futhermore, when the initally replace the roof they never deign to inform us that there is a potential leak problem and give us the option to pay out of pocket to fix the issue (since, again, rust≠wind damage and thus not covered by insurance claim).

  Roof Guard did an amazing job installing our new roof! They were easy to deal with from the first visit to the last visit. The customer service and follow up after the job was completed was top notch. We had a great experience with everyone we interacted with. I highly recommend them.
