  Total strip and replacement job, they did an excellent job. During the strip there was a down pour, they made sure no water damage by cover the wood with tarps and securing. Great job on clean up, two dumpsters. Workers we very respectful. There was an issue with the gutters, they removed the braces to install new eves however they did not reinstall the gutter supports. Because it was our rainy season I had the braces installed and billed roof bear, they sent a check to cover the costs. Gutters aside, the crew did an excellent job and I would recommend Roof Bear.

  Roof Bear crew was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish! - completing the replacement of our roof in one day! Crew leader, Eric, went the extra mile to ensure that we were pleased with the job and did a thorough job of cleaning all work debris from our property at the end of the day!

  We needed a new roof for both my home and my detached shop. After doing lots of research, I decided on a metal roof. Roof Bear walked me through every aspect of what they would be doing with my standing seam metal roof—including the materials used, installation process, nailing code, color options, and warranty. After receiving 5 different bids, I selected them based on their communication of the process and knowledge of these roofs. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the crew was respectful and did a great job cleaning up and treating my property with care. In the end, the roof looked fantastic and everything was done to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a metal roof.
