  CP Rankin did an excellent job installing our new roof. All tenants had excellent feedback. The people we dealt with were extremely professional, honest and timely. Matt was a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.

  I was very impressed with Michelle and the team and the CP Rankin team from the beginning. Michelle was both honest and responsive to my multiple texts and even sent me pictures of the work site while her people were repairing the roof. Tori was particularly helpful in the office and the crew was amazing to work with onsite. I would highly recommend this company.
