  Roof Advance owner took time to help me assess the condition of my old roof with down to earth information, no hard-sell, and suggested options. The job was scheduled and completed within two weeks. The crew was polite, professional, careful of my house and landscaping, and cleaned up beautifully. Best, it's a great looking roof even though it was their basic model. I feel the warranty and quality declare it a great roof.

  Extremely pleased with this company. The workers arrived on time and every member of the crew knew where to go and what to do as part of the well-oiled machine that they were. So they finished replacing my roof in about six hours--a much shorter time than I had anticipated. And when they left, you would never have known they had been here; their cleanup was very well done. Very fair pricing, and the owner, Jakob, is helpful and responsive. No upfront costs, no payment required before Jakob comes back to inspect the job. A local company too. Excellent work in every way.

  Roof Advance completed the total roof installation in 1.5 days, a half day earlier than they projected. They also put unexpected effort into protection of our shrubs and gardens and clean up after the job. For example, after everything was cleaned up, they even cleaned up the oil spots their trucks left on our concrete driveway, without being asked! The crew was polite and friendly and were careful to not interfere with our daily activities. Roof Advance far exceeded our expectations in quality, service and efficiency...they have to be the best roofing company in the area!
