  I have used Rock Solid on Several jobs from concrete pumping to poured walls. Russell and his crew never cease to amaze me at the amount of professionalism they exhibit while on the job site.   I wrote a review about this business, owner saw review and contacted me right away. Explained that this is not how they do business and the problem will be taken care of. He came out personally looked at the problem and told us just what we needed to do, and what Rock Solid would do if that did not work. Now this is what I call great CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Russ for your expertise advice, professionalism and promptness to our concerns.
