⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Let me begin by saying working with them was the most positive and best experience I could have ever had. Home renovation is so intimidating. I have a large 2 story stucco house that had a near total remodel outside. All stucco removed and replaced with stone and Hardie plank/shake. Israel Guzman was wonderful to work with. He was full of amazing ideas and was very patient. He had a crew of EXTREMELY hard workers who were very professional and meticulous. I live in a sub division and all my neighbors commented daily on their work ethic and actions. They were all so sweet, friendly, and eager to please. There were a few hiccups along the way but Israel made sure they were taken care of immediately. I am an extremely picky consumer and I would not even consider using another group for my home improvement needs. Guzman Subcontractors deserve 100 stars!

The reviews are true. They do infact sub out everything but what they do is bring in illegal immigrants to do the work. I was on a big job last year and the work so many hispanics its not even funny. The work that was done was subpar by all means. The quality was a zero and it seemed they didn't even care. The term "wood butcher" was used dailey by loads of folks. Construction used to be made up of qualified craftsman but now a days all we is is younger immigrants doing the work and all they care about is the money. I say hire American Craftsman and you will always get what you want.

I had Guzman reroof my house. I was given a 20 year warranty. After 9 years the roof is leaking. Has been for quite some time but was in the attic and didn’t know. Called with my warranty. Was told “we only warranty our work for 2 years. You need to contact the shingle Company”. They can’t tell me what company they bought the shingles from. Hmmmm. Guess I’m stuck fixing what wasn’t done correctly in the first place. Not all warm and fuzzy when you call them. They just keep back stepping. Only 2 years. Does the 20 year warranty means nothing?
