  Rob’s guys came out a year ago to fix water damage. Recently while doing renovations we saw that the problem was not solved (water was coming in in the same area). I called and sent pictures. After calling multiple times Rob finally returned my call on a Thursday and said he’d be over the following day or early the following week. That was two weeks ago. I have continued to call and no one returns my calls. My renovation is on hold waiting for the problem to be fixed. I’m going to have to call another roofing company to do the job.

  We bought a house that was 8 years into a 30yr transferable warranty for the roof. We had some leaks after a major storm. He put our name in the warranty and sent a team the next day to resolve the issues. The team was efficient, friendly, and very helpful. We’ll be repeat customers! Thanks!!
