  My roof never leaked until I hired DeSimone Roofing. They put on a new roof in August 2017. For 15 months afterward, we had water coming into our kitchen ceiling. Finally, earlier this year they finally fixed the leak (fingers crossed). Confident in early May that the repair was good, I contacted Grant DeSimone and asked him to repair and repaint all the water marks on my ceiling before my son's graduation party on June 8. Two weeks later, he responded that he would send his painting guy. We're still waiting for him to arrive. Save yourself a lot of grief and hire a reputable roofer.

  I'm a general Contractor that has used DeSimone Roofing on at least 15 of our jobs. They are the first recommendation to customers when the customer asks about roofing work. Often customers get other quotes from other companies and they find DeSimone to be the best priced. His crews are some of the fastest workers that I've seen. They will knock out an easy 12hr day in intense heat to make sure the roof comes off and goes back on in a day. He is a stickler for making sure the roof is installed exactly to warranty specs. As I write this review they have 2.5 stars on google. My customers have never had any of the issues that are listed in the previous reviews and I think DeSimone roofing deserves a much higher rating.

  I want to update my prior review below. DeSimore was very responsive to my calls and immediately added us back to their schedule. Within a week, they were on my roof doing a full repair at no cost to me. My husband states it looks much better than it did before. While I applaud their customer service, I'm still frustrated that a new roof leaked at all. Fingers crossed this was the right fix. Thank you, DeSimone, for properly handling this and trying to make it right. If I could give negative stars, I would. I had Desimone put a new roof on my house less than a year ago. Two weeks after installation, it leaked. After several calls and scheduling issues, they sent someone back out to "fix" it. According to my husband, the flashing they did around the chimney is awful. It is now a few months later and it is leaking again. It is not an unreasonable expectation to have a brand new roof NOTleak. We are still picking up nails and shingles from our property as well - and had one in the tire of our vehicle. Save yourself the trouble and find a better roofing company than this one.
