  If I could give a negative ⭐, I would. Victor started out very professionally, with a quality bid. But once we got into details like seeing a sample color of roofing, scheduling the work, and actually doing the work, Rise Metal Roofing, and Victor utterly failed. We paid 50% up front and no work has been done. We ended up filling a complaint, which includes making a small claims court filling and Victor was a no show for that as well.

  I’ve had a very frustrating experience with rise metal roofing. Over the course of 4 weeks I called 6 times requesting a call back so I could start my roofing project. I began calling less than 24 hours after I had the owner out at my house and he provided me with a bid. I gave three stars because I understand how business and life goes, and the staff and owner were very polite and nice. It’s frustrating to be the one that falls through the cracks and I would definitely be open to working with rise metal roofing and adjusting the review.

  Victor and his team were on time to do the gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation. Victor is very responsive and gets back to you quickly for any of your questions. They are thorough professionals and know what they are doing! Victor also took the time in explaining what is good for my gutter guards installation and what is not. They managed to complete the job in no time. They were happy to take a video and share with me before and after the job was done. The pricing to get both the jobs done was 1/3rd (or even lesser in some cases)of what others were quoting. I would definitely recommend Victor and his team for anyone who wants to get their gutters cleaned and install gutter guards. [SideNote: You would love having a conversation with Victor. :-) ]
