Ridge Roofing did a roof repair and facia replacement at my home. Excellent team, responsive, professional service. Roof was repaired according to the quote, no extra charges. and completed on scheduled date. Cleaned job site daily and walked through entire job site with manager upon completion. We just bought a house in Gilbert that needed a roof replacement (26 year old roof). The guys came to inspect the roof and gave us a quote with pictures of the roof and underlayment . They finished our roof in 3.5 days! Very professional and on time. They cleaned up after themselves st the end of each day. Then the project manager walked us around the roof and showed us any areas that he thinks needed to be redone, and he fixed them himself on the spot. One of the guys accidentally broke one of the sprinklers at the front, and they told us they will be sending someone out to replace it. Definitely recommend ridge roofing if you need work on your roof. Very professional and they gave us a good price compared to some others in the area.

I requesting the roofing company to come out but they never showed up they day they were schedule. When they finally made it out they gave us an idea of the things they would fix. When we contacted them to recieve the quote a week later, no one responded back to us. The roof had a previous transfer and they we're not responsive to us as the new home buyer. I would not recommend this company. Very disappointed

Good evening Rachel, I wanted to reach out to you and apologize that you had a less than excellent experience. I believe there was miscommunication all around between us, yourself, the previous homeowner, and my stucco contractor who did the stucco repair before you moved in but did not inform me, he went and took care of it. Some of the other items, notably the two tiles, did not affect the warranty in place and were changed at your request. I had scheduled someone to come replace them after we did an inspection, and I was under the impression it had been taken care of but had not been until the day you texted me and I sent someone out. I appreciate your review and feedback; we always strive to improve our processes and customer experience. I will work on our internal and external communication processes to ensure no one else feels the way you did.
