Had a sewer backup which flooded the basement, called Renew Restoration and cleanup. Josh the lead technician was great, within a couple hours from calling he came out and setup fans and dehumidifier to start the drying process. He also assisted with the insurance claim. after the dry-out process a crew returned to clean and sanitize the areas that were damaged, that crew did an outstanding job in a very professional and timely manner. within a week from the first calling, the basement was back to normal with the help of Renew Restoration, Josh, and the crew that cleaned and sanitized. I would recommend Renew Restoration. Great company to work with.

Very professional. They came in and did what they said they were going to do in a professional manner and informed me of what they were doing! Josh answered all of my questions and kept in touch with me! I would definitely recommend this company!

This company left my home unfinished and still with mold in it, I haven't heard from them in 8 days, will not answer or return my calls. I have asked for repair estimates and bills and yet to recieve them. I feel as if they are going to defraud my insurance company for money for work they didn't do. Worst experience I have ever had with a company.

Yes we stop working on this job . Your story of how the water damage in your home is not what the property shown the property show the outer wall underneath the ground has been leaking for a long time we've got moisture readings of when it rains of how much moisture comes to the block. You're the one who's being dishonest with your insurance company. We ask your insurance company to void our estimate that we sent over because we are not going commit fraud with the insurance company or any customer. On the mold side of this job we was upfront about it and told you it was going to be hard to get the air quality to pass inspection. On 2nd test we were moved about 90% of the mold that was in the air so you cannot say that we did not do what we said we was going to do. I'm sorry that it didn't work out for either one of us.
