  Ian and the team at Gaston Roofing are top notch. They perform amazing work. The level of pride they take in their projects really shines through. We used them for two different projects. First to replace the entire roof on our home and outbuildings and then to replace all of our gutters and flashing. They are honest and forthcoming. I highly recommend their services to anyone in the area looking for honest, and reliable roofers. Thank you Matt and Ian for all of the work you did for us.

  Our salesman Matthew was great in assisting us with the whole process and even suggested a color for our gutters which looks great on our house. We had both new roof and gutters installed. The crews completed the work in a timely manner did not waste time and completely cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend that everyone needing these services to use Gaston Roofing for a professional job with very competitive prices.

  I hate to give a bad review to a small business but from start to finish my dealings with Gaston Roofing weren't good. My salesman was sketchy, he sold me on the roof with a promise of lowering my deductible then showed up with a completely different company that I had never heard of asking me to sign the papers. I was put on the spot and signed but pushed back the next day and was able to back out. He "pulled some strings" to get the same price with Gaston Roofing who I had researched and thought was a reputable company. Once they had my money I had to follow up on everything to get the work done. They did the roof and I had to call because the shed roof was included in the quote and not done. I had to call to make sure the downspouts in my quote were replaced (I got 2 of the 3 quoted). And I called multiple times because the owner told me that he would add some interior damage to my insurance quote and I never got a response. I tried contacting my salesman but he was no longer with the company and when I got into contact with their office I was told I would be contacted soon with a resolution. After several calls that never happened. I still have water damaged walls in my bedroom but have given up on that since the original insurance claim was so long ago.

  We do not have any record of you calling within the past year and a half. However, if we have wronged you, we certainly want to make it right.
