  I would give a zero if it was available. We have stayed at Red Roof Hotels from Florida to Indiana. We had to make an emergency trip because my mother in law is in critical condition and not expected to live a few more days. We always choose them because they are pet friendly. We have 3 small dogs and they always travel with us. The parking lot was empty but they only had 2 rooms available. Their room rate was extremely inflated, most are at 55 to 65 a night. The best rate they could give me was 88 a night and this was at 2am in the morning and checkout is at 11am. I agreed, then she asked if we had pets and I told her 3 small dogs under 20 pounds. Then she started she couldn't help me, they only take 1 dog. All Red Roofs should have to follow the same guidelines but their franchise allows them to make their own rules. So we ended up driving another 3 hours to our final destination.

  We apologize that this was your experience at our location. All Red Roof Inns must allow one pet per room, anymore than that is up to the property manager. This property will only allow one per room as stated by the front desk agent. Our rates are comparable to those around us in Clarksville, TN. Rates at other locations in other states have no bearing on our prices. We are glad you made it to your destination and we wish you safe travels.

  Called and checked availability for a last minute stay while traveling. Front desk person was a very kind and honest upfront about not having pet friendly rooms on the first floor. Which was okay with us, booked two rooms and they had a military discount. The rooms were clean, the beds were clean, no bad smells. Parking lot area was lit up well so you felt safe and could see your cars at night time. No shady people lurking around. No free breakfast because of covid but had hot coffee. Only reason for not five stars is the double beds were very small I was hoping for double Queens in the room. Would stay again.

  We were a bit worried about staying at a Red Roof Inn. This location was wonderfully convenient, just off the highway, plenty of food and gas stations around. The room was clean and plenty big enough. The beds are a full size/double. Microwave and fridge in the room as well. Parking lot was well lit. Check in was easy and incredibly friendly (Tom?) Did a GREAT job! We will definitely put this on our list of places to stay if we are ever driving through the area!
