  We purchased a home in March, which had a brand new roof installed by Rathel's in February. Since moving in we have had two leaks that stemmed from what appears to be shotty installation. I just discovered the second leak over the weekend, but I am only giving 2 starts because Wayne was responsive and easy to work with when dealing with the first leak. The previous 5 star review are from years ago, so maybe his labor pool isn't what it used to be. Regardless, I can't say is recommend to anyone.

  We signed the contract with Wayne on Friday and had a beautiful new roof on by the following Wednesday talk about fantastic service. His crew was respectful of us and our property and kept it cleaned up the whole time. Wayne gave us a great price and put on a terrific roof in less than a week. I would highly recommend his company.
