  Horrible communication! HORRIBLE customer service DO NOT USE THIS SERVICES. The guy AL will tell you he can do whatever you want. Promise a bunch of clients projects he CAN NOT fulfill. Have my poor grandparents waiting for A YEAR JUST BE TOLD THEY CAN NOT DO THE JOB giving them excuse after excuse. Delay after delay. They came to thw house to attempt to replace the patio door after A YEAR of waiting but after DESTROYING the frame work they soon realized the door they ordered to replace with the old one was wrong!!! Can you believe that! After A YEAR of waiting!!! They did NOTHING but ask if we wanted a refund, hung up quickly, left us with STRESS, DAMAGES, WASTED TIME & PREPARATION with these people!! NEVER AGAIN! ***ZERO STARTS ***

  Unfortunately, I do not recommend Rabco as a roofing contractor. I hired the company to completely re-roof my home. The job went well and the roof was completed. Clean up was good and overall I was initially satisfied with the outcome. Then about a month later I smelled propane in my attic and son's bedroom. Investigation revealed that Rabco had removed some of the roofing plywood they had exposed a propane line which fed an upstairs dryer. I was actually able to locate a picture with a worker sitting next to the exposed line on the roof. When they put the new board down, they pushed down the line and put the board on top. They then put on the shingles, and put a nail through the line in the process. I had to have a company come out and replace the line. Thankfully an explosion did not occur. I contacted the owner of Rabco and requested that he split the difference of the repair with me. He would not stand by his worker and denied any responsibility. He stated that it was not up to code, so it was not his fault. I feel that as soon as his worker exposed the problem, he should have at least told me about it, so that we could fix it. Instead, they just made it worse. Although I was initially happy with the company and the job they did, I can not recommend them as I do not feel they will stand by their work. I am just happy that they situation did not have a much worse outcome.

  The head of this company Al is fantastic. Honest and trustworthy. His work is excellent. He and his team recently helped with a number of repairs at my mom’s house. The work was done in a highly professional manner and it was done efficiently. It’s rare these days to find a company that cares. This one does. I highly recommend Rabco Construction.
