  Rob and co. were excellent, polite, timely, thorough, and informative throughout the entire process. He came well recommended and held up the to standards that he was praised for. As a new home owner, it was great to have someone inform me of every detail regarding my new home, as well as answer my further questions regarding how to keep my home in good shape moving forward. Additionally, the inspection report was superb and extremely well documented. I am very pleased to have worked with Rob, and I extend the recommendation to anyone else looking for an inspection.

  I found Optima to be an extremely professional inspection service. Rob and Willie-Sekou performed an inspection on a property on my behalf. During our consultation, Rob informed me of what to expect throughout the inspection process. When we met, the team explained their concerns to me. There were terms that I did not understand and they took their time to explain things in detail. Rob is knowledgeable about the components of the home. At the conclusion of the inspection, I found their observations to be reliable. Rob prepared my inspection report right away. He explained the various options that were available to me. I felt like the team really worked in my interests and provided great customer service. I would highly recommend Optima for inspection services.
