  They were more costly than others but initially seemed very professional and they were available to start right away. The professionalism ended as soon as problems were encountered. Shingles started falling out of the roof within the first year. It was a challenge to get them out and they had every excuse you can think of. We had another roofer come out and inspect the job. 1/2 the roof was high-nailed and we had them repair it. Called up RS and spoke to Bob. The job was done and the money was already spent. I just wanted an apology. He swore at me. Questioned my gender preferences and threatened me with physical violence. A horrible person and a horrible company.
