  My home was built in 1934 and consisted of only 702 sq. ft. By 2015 it was in need of new windows, paint and a roof so I finally decided it was time to go ahead with some remodeling. I chose WSL Incorporated because of their knowledge and experience with remodeling older homes, that they were okay with me doing some of the work myself, and I had previously used them to remodel my garage. I was very happy with garage and my home turned out more beautiful than I imagined! Thank you WSL for all the time taken during the planning process and the excellent finished product. **Please note that I do work for WSL Incorporated, but I was a client before becoming an employee.

  WSL impressed me with professional project management. My project was a complete gut and rework of the entire home to double the size of the home. They provided me with a GANTT chart at the beginning of the project that scheduled not only what was to be done but identified who was to do it. The initial project was scheduled to take 6 months but delays that could not be predicted extended this by 2 additional months. These delays were the result of several factors such as termite damage discovered during the demo and excavation phase (2 weeks), I made a major change to the shape of the cathedral ceiling (2 weeks), the painting crew developed COVID (1 week), and a few days lost to weather incidents. In addition, I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship and the attention to detail. The house is beautiful! I was most impressed by the skills of the demolition crew, the framing crew, drywall crew, molding crew, the hardwood flooring crew, the ceramic tile crew, but most importantly was the project management and the support team in the WSL offices that kept track of expenses and schedules! This is a top notch organization!

  WSL is the one of the best builder I have seen in this area. They really care for their project and their customers from start to finish with quality built houses. Tricia Kirk and rest of the staff is great to work with. I would recommend them to my friends and my family.
