  I knew I had a bad place in my roof that needed attention sooner rather than later. Turns out my roof was in worse shape than I thought it was. There were four different places that were rotten from previous water damage. The Providence Roofing team made all the needed repairs and installed the new shingles perfectly. I was kept informed of the entire process and was provided pictures of the damages and repairs. The clean up was so great you could barely tell that they were even on site. I just came home to this amazing new roof and peace that I did not have to worry about and leaks or further damage!

  We were thoroughly satisfied with Providence from the first inquiry through the roof installation. We researched the reviews, cost, and other factors of many companies and had quotes from a number. Providence uses excellent materials and their cost was very fair. Thomas Critcher was open and helpful in responding to questions, recommending colors, scheduling (before it became too cold), and overseeing the installation. At first, we preferred another color; but we are so glad we had his recommended color installed (neighbors/friends also compliment it). His team worked very hard and completed it in less than a day. We highly recommend Providence.

  What an amazing experience! Thomas and his roofing crew was professional, responsive, and did excellent work. They completed the entire roof installation in one single day and cleaned up the work site where they left no trace of the project (beyond the beautiful new roof). I'm so happy with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone.
