Mr. Fuentes came out to give estimate (after missing first appt. without a call). The estimate was reasonable, but there was just a price - no scope of work (what was included in the price). Made several appts. for followup to give deposit, which he agreed to and never showed. When we called to find out why he was missing the appt, he didn't car that he did. I guess he has enough work that there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. We hired another contractor. If you care about returned phone calls and showing up for appointments, don't hire this company.
