Just had a full tear off roof replacement done. Great company, great owner, and very professional and affordable. Signed a contract and within 1.5 weeks they were out with a crew of 12. They had my 2000sqft roof stripped and replaced in 1.5 days. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Such a great company! They installed a metal roof for us. They are fast and the quality of the work is amazing! I would highly suggest them.

I used Proctors to install a new roof for me. i HIGHLY recommend this company. they did a full tear off for me, they were done in 1 day. the crew did a great job cleaning up. They do excellent work and are very respectful. they are definitely the best in the area

I signed a contract in early October for a metal roof. Paul the salesman called owner Jerry Proctor to ok Contract and Jerry( owner), agreed to the terms & price. I was told it would be done in early November. After calling them when they didn’t show, they gave me a date later in November. This happened 5 times, kept giving me later dates. They never called, I had to call them. I got a call today December 10th, saying they had to raise the price 5 thousand dollars or they wouldn’t do the job. This floored me because I thought they were a reputable company. I have the signed contract, and am not sure how I will handle this. In my 50+ years in business, I could never even think about doing something like this to anyone. What kind of people could even do this?

Such a great company! They are extremely fast and quality of work is amazing. Definitely would suggest them for any roofing/siding jobs

I had my roof estimate done by Jerry himself ,price was fair and I signed the contract. It did take a little longer than I was first told but was well worth the wait!! The crew showed up and it was only 6 hours and my roof was completed and everything was cleaned up and it looks awesome!!! Thank you for a great job . Highly recommend proctor enterprise! Well worth the wait!

Had them put the roof on my rental about 9 years ago still satisfied. If I don’t sell or go metal, will be calling them back.

Scheduled a job since June of 2020. Told me they were busy which I was understanding about. I had to call around November 2020 to follow up and three phone calls later then a no call no show when it was scheduled. I called and cancelled the job and will never use them for anything again. Totally unprofessional. If the job is not to big they don't care and they don't care about upset customers. Just another business with a bad reputation that will eventually catch-up with them.

I had them install a metal roof on my home this past summer, and they were professional and expedient when they removed the old roofing, and did a fantastic job cutting and skillfully using their craftsmanship installing the metal roof to complete the job.  A couple months after, I  had a small leak around a chimney and they were there within an hour of early morning phone call to repair.  Great team, great work--highly recommend.

I DO NOT recommend this company!
Permit application was signed first week of August and we were told roof would be done within two weeks.  Didn't hear from them for a month.  Started calling.  IF I could get through, either no one seemed to know when it would be done and I was promised a callback (which NEVER came), or I was told "next week." Next week comes, and I'm told "it rained, it will be next week."  This goes on for a month.  Every time I'm given a day, it rained.  I understand that you can't control the weather, but it seems that if it rains on your scheduled date, you are pushed back to the end of the line rather than being next in line on the next clear day.

Twice I was told by Jerry to find another contractor if I didn't like the way he was doing business.  Finally, I'm forced to.

In summary -
- Proctor does not communicate with their customers
- Proctor does not call back when they promise to
- Proctor does not keep appointments
- Proctor makes poor excuses for poor performance
- Proctor's staff is rude if they do actually answer the phone
- Proctor acts like your business doesn't really matter to them

I would give them zero stars if this site allowed it.  They may be the lowest price in town - but remember - you get what you pay for!
