  Very disappointed. They failed to put my antenna back to original position. ,They did not suggest or install snow guards. Already have avalanche problems. They do not return phone calls, do not pay them in full,until you are sure job is really done. Hold retainage.

  Proctor roofing was hired to replace an entire roof. For the most part they did a fine job. However, they made a mistake on a flat portion over the porch, laying down the roof in a way that resulted in persistent leaks and damage to the ceiling below. When this was brought to their attention, they did return to "fix" the problem, but the exact same thing happened again. I have now replaced ceiling tiles twice and still have a leaking roof. Proctor Roofing is not returning calls or emails. Very disappointing after spending more than $ 17,000 on a roof. They had opportunities to take care of this but chose not to do so..
