  We used this company to install our solar panels. The placement was not verified by us and they wanted to charge my son who is a disabled veteran with a traumatic brain injury $5000 more grand to move them. On top of that Our contract with them stayed to remove and replace in case of roof damage was .70 cents per watt for R&R we have 9.4 kw which is 9400 watts and they quoted us almost $13,000 and when I questioned it I was told it shouldn’t matter to me because my insurance was paying for it. This company has been a complete and total nightmare from the beginning. They have lousy Customer Service skills and the Owner of the company Tyler was confrontational with my insurance agent. My advice is to do the opposite of what we did and check with several Solar Companies before you choose one and AVOID this one at all Cost

  Hello Tina I am sorry you feel that way but I think we had a misunderstanding. I was told you asked us for an estimate to detach and reset your solar panels for your insurance company. We work with insurance companies and we use the same pricing software they use called xactimate to estimate insurance replacement roofs and solar panels. The estimate i provided you is equivalent to exactly what your insurance owes you per xactimate pricing. I did this as a favor for you to get paid by your insurance company. I am sorry if whoever you were speaking with didn't make sure you understood this but this is the truth. I hope to resolve this with you as I value each and every one of my customers.

  Overall phenomenal experience with Proclaim Roofing. We needed our roof replaced here in Houston and had no idea who to go with. We reached out to a friend who is in the roofing business in Florida. He knew the caliber of work Proclaim produced and recommended us look into them. They were professional from start to finish. Wes was highly qualified and had an answer for every question we had along the way. He took excellent care of us and our home. Their work speaks for itself, as our roof looks amazing. For what it’s worth, they have my highest of recommendations!

  Brad was awesome with the whole process of getting my roof replaced. He called in to submit the claim to my insurance company, was here when the adjuster came out, and had an amazing crew working on the roof. They completed the job within a day and had everything cleaned up. The roof looked great! Brad went above and beyond. He always returned phone calls and texts and answered any questions I had prior to the job being done. I highly recommend Proclaim Roofing!
