  Told me that I needed approximately $3k in roof repairs in order to fix a leak in July/August 2021. The fix was clearly not good as the leak came back, but he did not respond to multiple outreach attempts in order to repair his shoddy initial work. Was also supposed to do gutter work, but became non-responsive.

  Chris and Jennifer and the entire Outback Team have been impeccable to work with. On my own roof and referrals it is always A1 service delivered with quality and professionalism. They are on time, a great value, work seamlessly with insurance companies - and GET THE JOB DONE. Shop around - but you'll ultimately choose Outback, if you are looking for service with a smile. Every job has a project manager, and they arrive in OUTBACK trucks and uniforms. Not some third party day laborers. Warranties are DELIVERED at the time of completion and they are available at anytime to answer questions. I have recommended them to friends, clients and colleagues and will continue to do so without hesitation.

  Chris spent a good amount of time at my house explaining everything while getting to know him and feel comfortable hiring him. He met the insurance adjuster at my house a few days later and spent a good amount of time making sure that everything that was hail damaged was noted by the adjuster and included on his report. The roof was installed in one day and the crew did a good job of cleaning up and protecting shrubs and plants. I highly recommend Outback.
