  I was a little wary of choosing a roofing company; I spoke with five and am very pleased that I settled on Persistent Roofing. A couple of companies quoted a price for a roof, and then told me of course they could use better products for a higher price. Persistent Roofing gave me one price - including the better quality products - from the start. Their price was better than several of the other companies' bait and switch prices, too. The process was not without some surprises, but they addressed those to my satisfaction: 1) When the old roof was stripped off, it was discovered that the roof of an addition was lower than the main roof (which had been shingled before the other section was added); this meant that the decking had to be built-up to match. That cost more, but the amount was reasonable. 2) After the roof was installed, there were some problems with leaks around chimneys, but they came back to fix those; it took three times: Persistent Roofing is most aptly named; they didn't make excuses, or complain, and neither am I. They did what they told me they would do at a reasonable price, and backed up their work. (Now, if only I could get the guy who remodeled my bathroom to take that kind of responsibility.) Persistent Roofing and owner, Michael Jeffries, stand by their work and their word, which I find very refreshing. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

  I give Michael Jeffries and his company Persistent Roofing 5 stars, would like to give more! I was referred to Persistent Roofing by a friend after the tornado from January 2020. Michael Jeffries was very responsive to my situation and took care of my missing shingles. He also walked my roof looking for any other problems. On Saturday, September 18, 2021, the "popcorn" on my bedroom ceiling had gotten wet and was falling in a small spot after an extremely hard rain that day. I contacted Michael and he came on Monday, the 20th to analyze my problem with the leaking area. He found it right away and made the repair! He is very proficient and does extremely good work at a fair price. I highly recommend him for any of your roofing needs!

  Mr. Jeffries and his team at Persistent Roofing are top notch! He has a wonderful way about him that makes you feel comfortable even during an otherwise stressful situation. He and his team were professionals from beginning to end. He worked with my insurance company so I barely had to talk to them which was huge! We had several layers of roofing to be removed, and the cleanup from the massive debris was so impressive. You had to look for evidence that the roof had just been put on. They even came around with magnets to collect nails off of the ground. They protected my brand new pergola by bringing ample plywood and tarps. Anytime I had a concern or question, Mr. Jeffries would reassure me and answer my questions completely. His professionalism and comforting manner was a huge blessing. I love working with Mr. Jeffries and his team. My roof is beautiful and we are thrilled!! I highly recommend Persistent Roofing and will be recommending them to my friends and family.
