I have used Fiveash Roof Services multiple times over the last several years. Prior to installing a new roof for me this past summer, they helped prolong the life of my old roof many times by repairing several issues. They always show up on time, their crew is very professional, and the quality of their work is outstanding. The new roof they installed this past summer looks great and their price was very competitive with other reputable roofing contractors in town. I had a fantastic experience with this company.  The gentleman showed up same day I called to give a quote.  Once I decided to proceed I put down a deposit and the crew was there the next morning.
Ran into some unseen damage, not a problem, fixed it the same day for about half of what I was expecting.
I'm a business owner and can be hard to please but I was extremely impressed with every single person within this organization.  I'm happy to highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

5Ash just replaced the roof on my home and detached shop. I am a very meticulous and detail-oriented person with high standards for work performed. From the initial consultation, the sales representative (Rob) was prompt, thorough, and very detailed in his explanation of the work. As committed, the quote was delivered the next day. The shingle selection process was very supported, including 5Ash providing a list of existing homes for me to view with different shingle options installed. The operations contact (Dave) kept me informed with frequent phone calls as we navigated weather to setup the install. On install day, the crew arrived promptly, and took extraordinary care in protecting my home while they tore off the old roof. Their crew worked methodically and efficiently, and was respectful of my family, neighbors, and property. The site foreman was very helpful in helping me understand the process. The crew spent two days on the install, and at the end of the job, spent nearly two hours performing a deep clean-up. They picked up nails, hand-rubbed black marks off of gutters, combed flower beds for leftover pieces of shingles, etc. Then the site foreman provided me a walk-through and answered all of my questions and concerns....all with a willing and positive attitude. Finally, the owner (Troy) made a follow-up visit to check-in with us and to inspect the work himself. He was prompt, courteous and respectful. I rarely have my expectations exceeded, but 5Ash went above and beyond from the first call to the last nail picked up. Would highly recommend them for any roofing repair or replacement job.

I have been remodeling my home for some time now. I have had my run ins with shifty contractors trying to take advantage and do sub standard work and over change. 5ash roofing is not one of those.
They replaced my roof, excellent quality, superior craftsmanship, and attention to detail. They put down tarps to make sure no nails made it into my yard. They cleaned up, sweeping my sidewalks and front porch. It was cleaner when they left than before they got there.
They next day they called me, my first thought were, "here is the additional amount I owe". No problem, they did an excellent job. The materials came in cheaper than the original quote. They wanted me to come by and pick up a check for the overage.
That is a five star contractor in my book.

What I liked best about this experience was the support and guidance provided during each step of the process.   It is a family owned business with a highly professional approach.  They were recommended by my brother who maintains homes for a government institution.  They use 5Ash for their roofing needs.

We originally used this company for our business and were so pleased with their service that we had them do some work on our house. They were very professional and their work was outstanding. I would definitely recommend using this company for any roofing needs.

Worst company ever, they showed up to my fathers house by mistake, was suppose to be at another house, ripped off his shingles and half way through job realizes they were at wrong house. They just kept going just put on color of shingles they wanted, damaged siding, gutters and left torn shingles on house, used wrong flashing, exposed nail heads, long list of other problems besides roof leaking now, which never happened with other roof, refuse to let a reliable company put new roof on house. Dig deep into this company's past before using you will see all kinds of problems they've done in past and dont fix. Look at small claims courts to see how times someone's filed on them, check surrounding counties.

While it is true we did put a roof on this house, in error, the remainder of his comments are false.  Once we realized the mistake, with the threat of rain in the area, we continued working, knowing this was a gift to the homeowner.  Near the end of the day, once the tenant arrived home, the property owner attempted to have the crew arrested.  The officers found no intent to damage and refused to take legal action.  I spoke with the property owner's son and offered to replace the roof with a different color or manufacturer of shingle. I offered a lifetime labor and material warranty, or if he was okay with the color, $1000.00 for his trouble.

Instead of being willing to discuss things like reasonable adults, he cussed everyone involved.  The police, my crew, and myself. He even threatened the Mayor's property because the police would not arrest everyone.

He then proceeded to attempt to ruin my reputation by attacking me on the BBB, get my TN state license revoked, and filed a lawsuit.  I never once refused to service this roof, even offered several times, in court, to return to the property and inspect the roof, and correct anything we found that was questionable.  The court refused me permission, since the property owner was unwilling to allow us on the property. No leak was ever reported to me or my staff or the court.

The state inspected this roof and did a full investigation and found, while we did install a roof on the wrong property, we did everything we could to correct the mistake.  The State of Tennessee closed the complaint with no action against me or my company.

His attorney advised him, apparently, to drop the case due to lack of evidence, since a NO Suit was filed.  Now he is continuing to attempt to ruin my reputation by filling this complaint on Google and Facebook.

He has a material warranty with the manufacturer, and I have not been asked to do anything.

Some people are unreasonable and can not be satisfied.

5Ash Roofing did an awesome job on our roof. Excellent service, friendly personnel, professional work. I recommend them to anyone that wants a 100% worry free job done!
