  I highly recommend Priority Restoration. Mark was the absolute best. He took the time to walk us through all of the steps of replacing our roof. He was prompt and on time and gave us good advice so that we were able to make good decisions that we were comfortable with. The team of roofers exceeded our expectations. They were on time and worked hard to finish the job in one day! Mark and his crew cleaned up so well, you would never know they had been here, except for the beautiful roof. They even took the time to touch up some paint on the house and wash down the patio and gutters. We are so happy we hired Priority Restoration. They not only do beautiful work, they are respectful and thoughtful to the home owners and the property.

  Priority Restoration did more than install my new roof. Owner Chris Teem and General Manager Scott Strong are community leaders who work in ways that enhance our collective quality of life. Their work is passionate, professional and exceptional. They take interest in every customer and made me feel like my roof was the most important project in Colorado. There's a lot of talk these days about corporate 'social responsibility' and ethics in business. Companies like Priority Restoration that give back to the communities where they operate have a competitive advantage. Their work does more than generate profit, it strengthens the very fabric of the communities where they operate. Any consumer looking for 'value-added' service can trust Priority Restoration to exceed your expectations and give back to their communities. Chris and Scott run a business with a social conscience.   I worked mainly with Mark W. at Priority Restoration and he was extremely professional, knowledgable and helpful during the whole process of getting my roof replaced after hail damage. He inspected the roof and took pictures of the damage and was willing to work with our insurance company if needed. When Mark was out of the office and I needed some information for my insurance company, Billy stepped up and I had what I needed in my e-mail minutes after I got off the phone with him. Note it was almost 5:00PM and I didn't expect it until the next day. Billy's quick response was beyond my expectations! As for the crew that worked on my roof; they were very courteous and respectful of my property and completed the entire job in one day! They were amazing! They worked very hard and when they started in the morning it was below freezing outside! I wish I knew someplace that delivered hot coffee; I would have ordered them some. No, I'm not related to anyone at Priority restoration. I would highly recommend Priority Restoration based on my experience with this team.
