  I hired Premiere Builders to repair a leak in the roof at my dads house in South Thomaston. It took much longer than it should have to get the day job done. Not only did the $1100 job NOT fix the leak(s) I asked to be fixed, but they have been completely unresponsive to phone calls & texts since I reached back out to let them know the repair did NOT work. I will be suing them in small claims court. I do NOT recommend Premiere Builders for small repairs.

  Sean Robinson with Premier Builders has worked on my Rockland home on several projects since I purchased it in 2016. He’s a great problem solver and always comes up with an economic solution for any of my projects. As a retired elder on a fixed income this is greatly appreciated and is why I will go to Premier Builders and Sean for my next big project coming up soon ….a roof. I have no worries he will do a beautiful job in a timely and economical fashion.

  The next morning after the rain and wind storm of March 28, 2021 a bunch of shingles started to blow off the garage roof. Premiere Builders responded back quickly and arrived that cold evening to repair them before the next rain day. I appreciated that he texted updates as to when they would be arriving on site. He spotted the reason for the loose shingles and the repair was done well with better quality shingles. Sean checked back the second day to recheck and seal a few area. Quality repair done professional by a company that takes pride in their work. I would highly recommend him for any roofing requirements that you may need.
