  We got five bids for our standing seam metal roof. Not only was Advanced Roof Systems' bid the lowest, it was also the clearest--it was important to me that the estimator be the same person who was going to do the work, especially for an old house like ours (1870). Standing seam work requires real craftsmen that take pride in their work (it's easy to cut corners and hide things where folks aren't likely to look), and our roof is testament to their commitment to craftsmanship. Straight-shooter, no B.S., good price, quality work.

  We had our metal roof installed about a year ago, it has been leaking around our chimney ever since. We have had people come out twice to fix it and still have not had a good outcome. Every time it rains our chimney is wet. I am told it must be coming from somewhere else, we have no pipes in our ceiling and it only leaks when it rains, which has never happened with our asphalt roof. Very unsatisfied and the customer service is poor at best.
