  The guys (Brian & Garrett) came on the day appointed and were in fact early! First they removed the wall insulation plugs and painted them to match the white siding, when dry they re-inserted them. They answered my questions and were polite and pleasant as they worked to spray foam above the cement blocks in the basement. This should help keep home warmer by keeping cold air out. They moved what needed to be moved and cleaned up as best they could with the broom and dustpan they had with them.

  Mike and Al came out today and priced our new roof. Not only were they very professional and courteous but they were thorough, they both climbed on our roof to completely inspect the damage, they looked over our garage (we didn’t think it needed a roof), they took several pictures of our old roof and explained what they saw. They took the time to sit with my wife and myself to go over pricing and offered financing and thoroughly explained the warranty and install process. I am very happy with my experience and am looking forward to the new roof and gutters.

  I understand that everyone is busy and under staffed right now, but I was expecting a bid a month ago now. I have followed up with several emails and phone calls and still no bid. If you don't want the job just tell me instead of wasting my time and yours. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the estimator showed up on time. Every other insulation company I called atleast told me they weren't interested in the job instead of leading me on to believe they would do it and then ignoring me when I ask where the bid is.
