Did my roof over a month ago while it looks good and please with the roof i am disappointed in being stood up for 2 different appointments to clean up nails, trash and worksite scraps. There was snow on ground when they finished and said they would comeback. I did pay them for the job but with all the trash I don't feel they completed the job. I recommend not paying them until the job is complete regardless of the weather. I am attempting to contact corporate office. Not sure i would recommend to family, friends, neighbors or coworkers. Disappointed customer.

The young men that come to install or windows were polite respectfully and professional. They were a pleasure to work with and have in our home. They represented Hanson's very well and the company should be proud of them. We feel they went above and beyond to see that we were satisfied they would be welcome in our home anytime

We initially got a quote through another company but the wait time was excessive. We knew we needed new windows before winter as propane prices would be climbing. The windows we currently have are the original windows on the home from 1970. When the salesman came out in June, we were told they could be done by September. The price was double what the other company wanted but we knew we needed them before winter so we went with Hansons. I’ve been calling consistently and have been given a new date every time I call. The date passes, I hear nothing and I inquire and once again, it’s another 2 weeks.. it is now December. Not a very good impression of the company. I can’t speak for the quality of the windows and the install which is why I gave 2 stars. Nevertheless we’re still pretty irritated at the fact that we might not even have windows through the winter.We’ve considered going back to the other company simply for the fact that they had much better customer service.
