  We had a metal roof installed by a another company about 7 years ago and we have add several instances of roof leaks ever since. It turns out it wasn't installed properly. We had premier builders come out a couple of years ago and tighten up a few things and the leaks persisted so we called them out again. The recommendation was to remove the metal and repair the roof properly. They arrived on the day contracted and on time. The roof was removed, the rot areas cut out and replaced with new plywood. They applied an ice and water shield underlayment which will also help with the leaks an seal around the nails/screws (one of the areas water was seeping in and causing damage). Thy sealed the areas around the chimneys and the exhaust fans and replaced the metal. Job looks great, completed on time. Cleaned up after themselves very well!! Would recommend their services, they are a licensed and bonded company. Thanks Premier!!

  I hired them to replace a well needed roof. I was very impressed by the layer of black rubber sheeting that was put under the metal black roof. We have not experienced not one single leak since our whole replacement. Premier Builders came on time to do the work and did it in a very efficient manner. They cleaned up all the debris and removal of it and to insure that the nails were gotten up, they even used a metal picker upper do hickkie thang! This company took pride in there work and did a excellent and an exceptional job. We have no regrets in choosing them for the task. I am glad we choose them for the roofing service!!
