A great place to buy building components. My thanks to Claudia Torres, Mario Perez, and Serina Walker. Claudia listened patiently and helped me choose the right parts for my project. Mario, the manager who doesn't care if he gets his hands dirty,  was very helpful with getting the right size parts. And Serina, the countess of count, insured that the correct number of the correct parts are loaded. The rest of the crew, who I don't know their names, was also friendly and helpful. Could it get any better? Only if the facility was located 300 miles closer to me.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff /sale's people guys loading outside not so much!!! All in all a good people to deal with I've been buying there products for 6-7 years without issues

We’ve done business with this company for many years. We’ve purchased a lot of metal for roofs, buildings, etc. Two years ago we had them build a 20x20 garage. The crew was great the price was fair and we were very happy. We decided we needed more space and wanted to extend our garage 20 feet. We wanted to remove the front wall and move it and of course add two sides. I called Aime told her what we wanted and she sent me an estimate of roughly $5000 including insulation and everything. We were ready to move forward, I asked what the price difference was to change the 8 foot wide door to a ten foot wide door. Suddenly she said the boss wanted Mr Ken to come out and take a look. No problem, he was the one who built our original garage. He came out and looked at everything. Later I got a message from him saying it would cost over $9000 to add on. That's more than the original garage was, with less walls and nearly double the original estimate!!!.  They said it was because the cost of materials went up. I understand that to an extent, however this will take a lot less materials than the original building, so why is it so much more than the original building and more than the original estimate I received two weeks prior? Nearly double the first estimate. I asked if they could meet us in the middle with such a huge difference in price, esp since we've done so much business there and referred so many people. I sent him a picture of the original estimate as well. He checked with his general manager, and said the  manager wouldn't budge.  The way all this has happened I wonder if they're under new management. We are business owners too, but we've stayed in business for 40 years because we're as good as our word and appreciate loyal customers. I'm not giving one star only because the employees are really good people. The manager unwilling to honor a written estimate or at least work with us given the circumstances is why I felt I needed to leave a review. Be warned an estimate may change drastically. I do have everything in writing. I'm very disappointed because I really liked the people there, and I liked having someone that was my go to. Now I feel bad to the people I've referred there over the years. I also feel bad because this is the first negative review I've ever left. As a matter of fact, we left a five star review for this company after the original building was built.

Good afternoon Tonia! We looked into the complaint here and noticed that there were actually two quotes given to you. You were quoted under 5,000 for a BASIC extension by Amie. When Ken came out to your place you were quoted an entirely different extension with addons and extras (these WOULD NOT have been included in his quote had you not asked for them). We have both quotes on file. His quote clearly shows an entirely different job than Amie's and therefore the prices reflect the option differences. We'd be happy to assist you with either of these quotes. In the meantime, we kindly ask that you reconsider updating your post here as it does not explain the entire story. I originally posted about purchasing the wrong size door and the 50% restocking fee. I left a bad review because I was unhappy. Within an hour, I was contacted about making the issue right. Mr. Ken was sent out the same day to look and see what kind of door I needed. The wrong one was returned the next day and Mr. Ken squeezed me into his schedule to get the new one put in before I had family over for a party. I'm very happy with the service I received. Thank you!

They got me in and out fast..only 4 stars given because they need better way to inform drivers of the Entrance or you're going to miss it.

If I could give this company a 0 I would.  I have purchased a carport and building from this company.  Previously I recommended them to everyone until I had an issue with my carport rusting.  They replaced the tin a couple of years ago and it has rusted again. I had to call numerous times and go to their office to finally get someone out to take a look.  Told me I would be hearing from them and 2 months later still no phone call. anthey say the w

What a joke.  Had been talking with Ken for over 6 months about them adding to my existing building and was told for months and months they would accommodate me.  After months of trying to get someone to come down and talk to me and look at the building, the attempt to try and sell me a new building instead of working with the existing one was all he wanted to do.  Following the visit, I had to make phone call after phone call to Ken regarding this add-on.  Keep in mind before he left my house he told me they would add on with no problem.  After multiple times of speaking with him he told me "I can't believe the guy hasn't called you with your pricing".  I got this same story twice in the same week.  After chasing him on the phone for two weeks after that visit I was suddenly told "our business has changed their policy of adding to existing buildings".  I then proceeded to ask him to work me up a price for a building in the dimensions with the lean-to that I had requested.  Still to this day no phone call back and that was over two weeks ago.  What a shame...I had cash money in hand...but no longer for this lousy business.
