  John was a pleasure to deal with. Very prompt from responding to my initial email, coming out to see the repair and providing a bid and then scheduling the work. It was refreshing to work with someone that responded so quickly and did what they said they were going to. If you need any sort of repair, they are great! Thank you, John and Platte River Roofing.

  If you care about quality, LOOK ELSEWHERE! We asked for ‘same or better’ quality when we consulted them for our roof replacement and trusted their recommendation - BIG MISTAKE! Because we never saw real samples and the product was delivered rooftop, we didn’t see it until they were almost half done…we voiced our concerns about caliber and were met with dismissiveness and pathetic references to the contract, they offered no accountability for totally botching our consultation - apparently they expect their clients to be the real experts and name specifically the exact product that should be purchased. Also they reused our existing (bent) flashing and spray painted over cracked metal vents that were supposed to be replaced. So many regrets about letting them rush us into installation before we realized they had erroneously ASSumed we wanted to save money over having quality. Their work downgraded our home value and the nicer roof we had previously is what they chose to feature on their social (kinda says it all when the BEFORE photo is used instead of the after pic)! It’s contemptible that they made money off of our ignorance and now we’re stuck with this second-rate roof! Caveat Emptor!!

  Laura, we always strive to provide the best quality and service to our customers. We are very sorry that you are unhappy with your shingle choice. However the shingles that you chose are literally what we agreed upon and are listed prominently on the one page contract that we signed with you. We offered to bring samples by your home as you admitted in a subsequent phone call, but you refused that offer. Right after our consultation we sent you links to the shingle choices which you reviewed and then selected your shingle choice. When we spoke to you after the job was completed, you and your husband mentioned nothing about any quality issues so we are surprised to see mention of that in this review. Additionally, we never reuse metal components like flashing or vents in any re roofing job that we do. We take our reputation very seriously. We have been in business for over 13 years in Denver. We get all of our business from referrals and past customers because of the quality of our work and communication. This is evident in our reviews and customer loyalty.
