  Very responsive and professional. Went above and beyond to communicate throughout the process. Excellent job with quick turnaround time. My porch roof had started leaking a small drip last year and I attempted to patch it up, but this year after the latest snow it was leaking all over the place, so it was time to replace. I called Anthony at ARCM that night and he was able to come out the next morning to give me an estimate. While giving the estimate he checked out my roof and let me know the issues he had found, which I really appreciated because I don't want any of those leaks turning into big leaks either. I wanted to get this fixed before the next snow as I was having to shovel off the snow from the roof and it was still leaking like crazy, ruining wood furniture I had on the porch, and threatening to ruin the wood of the porch itself. He was able to get one of his guys to come out on Monday and get the roof repaired and now it looks great! I can tell it's going to last and gives me one less thing to worry about. Throughout the process, Anthony was very communicative about everything, which I've really come to appreciate after dealing with so many other flaky contractors. They went above and beyond the entire time to make sure I was satisfied and earn my business.

  I contacted several companies about a small leak in my garage. Anthony responded promptly and came over the same day to take a look. He gave us advice and later fixed another issue on the house. He and his team were very friendly, courteous and were interested in taking on this small job which is rare for a roofing company.

  Needed repairs after a recent major wind storm where other companies were a few weeks out, Anthony came the next morning after I made the initial request. He was on-time, efficient and sent pics of the finished product. Very pleased with his service and would definitely contact him again if I needed any roof work done in the future.
