Chris Galvan and his crew at Platinum Contractors did a GREAT job replacing the roof of my mother’s home. Chris gave us a detailed explanation of the work that would be done, along with a very reasonable quote on the cost. Before they started the work, Chris provided a sheet that explained what to expect during the actual roof replacement process. The work was done in a timely manner, and their cleanup was excellent. I highly recommend Platinum Contractors.

They were very professional.  The owner , Chris and his field manager, Dan, were on site almost all the time the crew was working.
I was impressed that Chris and Dan supported the crew as well as the client. For example, a porta potty was on site for the crew to use.
They were only a text away if I had any questions or needed any thing.
My roof looks great and the cleanup was terrific.

Connected with my insurance, met the adjusters to make sure we got everything replaced that was needed. Not only do we now have an amazing new roof that will last us many years, the new gutters and paint transformed the house! So cool to pull up to the garage...it feels like a new house!! Prompt and professional service with my new roof install. They worked very fast and efficient. They put a lot of pride into the job they did with both the company owner and field manager being on the job site overseeing the whole install. I had a few questions which were promptly answered by the field manager as well as the owner making it a stress free process for me. Wow!! Can't say enough about the great experience I had with Chris and his team. We had crazy winds that damaged our roof and I connected with Chris early the next morning. Even though he was out of town he contacted his crew and the roof was repaired by 12:00 on the same day!! The repairs were made, the yard was cleaned up and it was like it never happened. Chris even contacted the manufacturer directly and they covered the cost of the repairs. Really impressed with this company. I highly recommend using them for any service you might need.

Chris Galvan and his team did an EXCELLENT job installing a new roof, new gutters, repairing warped and damaged trim boards and painting our home. The painters spent two days to prep the house for painting, repairing the damaged areas, caulking every single place that could potentially lead to water damage, or other damage. The roofing materials used were the highest quality available, the new gutters they installed look beautiful - they did a FANTASTIC job. Add to that, they worked seamlessly with our insurance company and our our of pocket was next to nothing. Can not say enough about the quality of work and service, Chris and his entire team provide! Thank you to Luis and Jose as well- you guys were awesome!
